All vendors must bring any tables, chairs, accessory stands and extension cords if you are selecting to use electricity. Vendors selecting the outdoor pavement option must provide their own tents (maximum 10x10) and are required to bring tent weights for safety. Setup will be that morning, arrival times will be set closer to the event once booth spaces are assigned.
