The Board serves as the governing body of the GAC in accordance with its constitution and by-laws. In this capacity The Board is responsible for all policies and procedures pertaining to the operation of the GAC and assumes responsibility for the proper maintenance of all GAC property. They will also make decisions regarding improvements to the GAC Building, equipment and grounds. This includes expenditures up to an amount established by the Finance Committee. Any expenditure in excess of that amount shall be approved by the general membership. With the Arrangements committee and rental agent The Board will also set rates, fees and charges for events and private rentals.
